Over the years, I’ve built, bought, flipped, designed, customized, and refreshed countless homes - ranging from a 1920’s craftsman restoration to high-rise penthouse condos, mountain retreats, primary residences, multi-units, luxury homes, and rentals. I’ve renovated down to the studs and completed quick one-room refreshes. As a landlord, I’ve managed long-term rentals, furnished rentals, vacation homes, and nightly stays. I’ve added basement suites, in-law suites, nursery suites, and ensuites to various homes. I always strive to preserve character details, blending old with new, and heritage with modern pieces. I find joy in merging precious heirlooms and investment pieces with thrifts, deals, and everyday items.
