A 25-acre master-planned community featuring LEED Gold-certified residences, urban farming, and world-class amenities. My role included unit planning, suite specifications, and modular kitchen and bathroom designs to maximize efficiency.
Design Focus: Functional interiors, modular planning, and sustainable material selection
Project Scale: 2,700+ residences upon completion

CenterView Penthouses: Exclusive North Shore Living
A collection of eight exclusive multi-level penthouses featuring private rooftop terraces, spa-inspired bathrooms, and panoramic city and mountain views.
Design Focus: Maximizing indoor-outdoor flow and customized unit planning

1335 Howe: Elevated Urban Multifamily Tower
An exclusive residential tower in Vancouver’s Beach District, featuring only four to five homes per floor for ultimate privacy.
Design Focus: Organic materials, natural light, and serene aesthetics
