By blending contemporary design elements with soft, natural textures, the space was designed to evoke a sense of calm and sophistication. Each element was selected to enhance the room’s warmth and harmony, creating a balanced, welcoming environment.

Luxury Condo with Custom Finishes and Stunning City Views
A thoughtfully customized presale property featuring high-end details, and an expansive wrap around balcony.
This luxury condo was purchased as a presale property, completed in 2022. We had the opportunity to customize several elements, including the addition of a linear gas fireplace. I designed a modern Venetian plaster mantel with a natural stone surround, creating a striking focal point in the living space.
The entryway was also reconfigured to enhance functionality and aesthetics. By widening the space at the door, we created a more expansive foyer, further defined by a stunning tiled floor that adds both elegance and durability.
Throughout the unit, high-end finishes elevate the design, including natural stone in the bathroom, Sub-Zero refrigerator, freezer, and wine fridge, Wolf cooking appliances, beautiful engineered hardwood floors, integrated speakers, motorized blinds, and a massive wrap-around balcony with breathtaking city views, overlooking the outdoor common rooftop pool.
