Located in the heart of DTLA (Downtown Los Angeles), this sleek high-rise blends hotel-style amenities with the comfort and privacy of a high-end residence, creating an unparalleled living experience.
As part of my work with Onni Group, and in collaboration with interior designer consultants on the project, I was responsible for overseeing key interior design and amenity spaces throughout the project, ensuring that the design vision was seamlessly executed from concept to completion.
The Vision Behind Level DTLA
This project was designed to blend the luxury and convenience of a hotel stay with the comfort and independence of a private condo residence - catering to professionals, travellers, and relocators who demand comfort, convenience, and modern aesthetics. The goal was to create a space that feels both elevated and home-like, featuring:
Spacious, fully furnished suites with contemporary interiors.
Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, maximizing natural light and city views.
Custom-designed kitchens and bathrooms, blending style with functionality.
A resort-style rooftop terrace and extensive amenity offerings, setting a new standard for extended-stay accommodations.
Level DTLA was designed to be more than just a hotel - it offers a curated lifestyle experience, ensuring that guests feel at home, whether staying for a week or several months.

My Role in the Level DTLA Project
Working as part of Onni Group's in-house design team, I played a key role in the coordination and execution of interior elements for this Level Hotel. This was a highly collaborative project, where I worked alongside renowned designers Denise Ashmore of Project22Design and Robert Bailey of Robert Bailey Interiors, ensuring a cohesive and sophisticated design outcome. My responsibilities included:
Overseeing the interiors and amenities scope throughout construction.
Managing the full furniture package, from selection to procurement and installation.
Coordinating rooftop amenities, including the outdoor lounge, cabanas, and pool area.
Selecting and curating artwork for common areas and suites.
Designing and refining valet, reception, and lounge spaces, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic.
Each furnished suite at Level was meticulously designed to provide high-end comfort with a modern aesthetic. Every detail was selected to enhance both functionality and the overall guest experience, ensuring that each suite feels like a home away from home.
